Bail has been set at $1 million for 21-year-old Rondarrius “DaeDae” Evans of Pittsburg, Texas. Evans was booked into the Bi-State Jail Wednesday after being arrested in Dallas on April 22. He faces two capital murder charges in the July 2024 shooting deaths of Princeton Washington and Nicholas Webster in New Boston. Washington died at the scene, while Webster later died at a hospital. A second suspect, 20-year-old Malaki Scott Beckham of New Boston, also faces two counts of capital murder.
