Starting February 4, outside alcohol will be banned. Only alcohol purchased within the district may be openly consumed, and outdoor public drinking will end at midnight. Businesses and bars will keep their normal operating hours.
The Rock House Liquor Store has been removed from the district effective immediately, and open containers may not leave the store.
Police will begin a 30-day awareness campaign to educate the public before enforcement begins.
