Police say DNA testing by the Arkansas State Crime Lab confirmed the remains belong to Jonathan Bohrer, who was reported missing in Bossier Parish on May 6. His truck was later found on East Street in Texarkana on May 12, prompting an extensive search by police and his family.
Investigators are still awaiting the medical examiner's report to determine Bohrer's cause of death. The investigation remains ongoing, and anyone with information is asked to contact the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department's Criminal Investigation Division at 903-798-3154.
