Exit 220B at Richmond Road will close around 9 a.m. and is expected to remain shut down for several months while crews rebuild the pavement and connect the ramp to the widened main lanes.
Westbound drivers can use Exit 222 at Summerhill Road and follow the frontage road to reach Richmond Road, University Avenue, and the hospital.
