A 42-year-old Texarkana, Arkansas man is facing a Terroristic Act charge after police say he fired a handgun through the front door of a local club early Saturday morning.
A 42-year-old Texarkana, Arkansas man is facing a Terroristic Act charge after police say he fired a handgun through the front door of a local club early Saturday morning.
Texarkana Arkansas police were called to the business on East 49th Street around 2:55 a.m. for a disturbance that was later upgraded to shots fired.
Officers found Delton Smith near the entrance holding a handgun. Police say Smith followed commands to drop the weapon and was taken into custody.
Investigators say Smith had been removed from the business by security before returning with a gun and firing one round through the glass door.
Several people were inside, but no one was injured. Police say the investigation remains ongoing.
