After a decade as one of downtown Texarkana’s landmark restaurants, Pecan Point has announced it will close on October 31. The restaurant opened in 2014 and became known for its food, craft beer, and role in downtown’s revitalization.
Owners say the decision follows a difficult year after the passing of founder Bill Scurlock. They’re inviting the community to stop by and enjoy their favorite dishes one last time before closing. Reservations and carryout orders will continue through the end of the month by calling 903-306-0661.
