Texarkana Texas Police are asking for help locating 21-year-old David Kendall Davis.

Texarkana Texas Police are asking for help locating 21-year-old David Kendall Davis.
He left his home on Lakeridge Drive this morning and was last seen around 10:40 near the Waffle House on Stateline, possibly walking toward Arkansas. Davis is 5’4”, about 160 pounds, and may be wearing stone-washed jeans and a white t-shirt. He has an intellectual disability, and police are concerned for his safety. If you see him, call 911 right away.
