The Arkansas Department of Transportation will host the meeting from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Beech Street First Baptist Church’s Family Activity Center, 507 Pecan Street in Texarkana, Arkansas.
The Stateline Corridor Project is a joint effort with TxDOT and both Texarkanas, aiming to improve safety, restore the roadway, upgrade drainage, and add better sidewalks and shared-use paths.
Residents can view early designs, ask questions, and share feedback. Construction is expected to begin in early 2028, but that schedule could shift. Officials are encouraging community involvement as planning continues.
