A 15-year-old has been arrested in connection with an aggravated robbery at a Texarkana convenience store last week.
According to the Texarkana Texas Police Department, the robbery happened just before midnight Thursday at a store in the 200 block of West 38th Street. Investigators say the suspect entered the store dressed in black and wearing a black mask, pointed a handgun at the clerk, demanded money, and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Officers searched the area that night but were unable to locate the suspect. Detectives later identified the juvenile and arrested him on an aggravated robbery charge. Police credited the coordinated efforts of patrol officers and detectives for leading to the arrest.
