The Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanities Council is preparing to open its 38th Annual Adult Juried Exhibition, showcasing more than 100 original works from local, national, and international artists.
The exhibit features a wide variety of artwork, including paintings, sculptures, fiber arts, video installations, and mixed media. All pieces were created within the last two years and were selected by this year's juror, Emily Budd.
The exhibition opens Saturday, July 11, with a free public reception at 6 p.m., followed by an awards ceremony at 6:30. The exhibit will remain on display through August 29. TRAHC galleries are free to visit Wednesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
