Texarkana Arkansas Police are investigating a shooting that left two people injured Sunday night. Around 8 p.m. on May 18, a woman with a gunshot wound collapsed inside the E-Z Mart on East Street. Police say she had driven there from Village Park South Apartments, where officers later found a man also shot.
TAPD is working to determine if the two shootings are connected. An arrest was made at the E-Z Mart, but police say it was unrelated.
Both victims were taken to the hospital. Anyone with information is asked to call TAPD at (903) 798-3154.
