Drivers in Texarkana should prepare for a traffic change beginning Monday evening.

The Texas Department of Transportation will convert the intersection of FM 2878, also known as Pleasant Grove Road, and Gibson Lane into a four-way stop after 8 p.m.

Crews will install new stop signs, pavement markings and warning signs. Drivers are urged to slow down and use caution as they travel through the area. The work could be delayed if weather or other unforeseen conditions arise.
