With school starting soon, the United Way of Greater Texarkana is asking for financial donations to support its annual “Stuff the Bus & More” campaign.
Unlike past years focused on backpacks, this year’s effort will stock emergency room closets with school supplies, clothing, hygiene items, and more for 35 schools across Texas and Arkansas.
The goal is to raise $27,000 in just a few days. Donations can be made online or at the United Way office at 214 Spruce Street in Texarkana.
